Accepted Insurance

We do not currently belong to any insurance networks. However, per your request, we can provide an invoice to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you may be entitled to based on your current insurance coverage (varies with each insurance). If you are interested, please contact them directly to inquire if they provide partial reimbursement for an out-of-network speech pathologist using the following CPT Procedure Codes. 

 

Speech and Language Codes:

92507 : Treatment of speech, language, voice, communication, and/or auditory processing disorder, individual  *

92521 : Evaluation of speech fluency (e.g., stuttering, cluttering) *

92522 : Evaluation of speech sound production (e.g., articulation, phonological process, apraxia, dysarthria)* 

92523 : With evaluation of language comprehension and expression (e.g., receptive/expressive language)* 

92524 : Behavioral and qualitative analysis of voice and resonance *

97129 : Cognitive Function Intervention (First 15 minutes)

97129 : Cognitive Function Intervention (each addition 15 minutes)

Swallow Function Codes: 

92526 : Treatment of Swallow Dysfunction and/or oral function for feeding *

928610 : Evaluation of oral and pharyngeal swallow function *

 

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): 

92609 : Therapeutic services for the use of speech generating device, including programming and modification
